My testimony

Before the foundations of the earth were laid, before the invisible forces of the universe were designed, before the stars were called forth one by one and name by name, You knew me. Why am I here? Lord, You know the answer. May my life be pleasing to You alone. For at a moment in time, You called me forth from the dust for Your glory and honor. You made me as a wedding gift for the Father, as a pleasing aroma, as a liquid offering poured out before Your feet. Oh God, that my life would glorify You. That all that I am would sing Your praises. So Lord, I say to You and declare before the nations, Jesus Christ is King! Jesus Christ is Lord! Jesus Christ is God! Jesus Christ is holy! Jesus Christ be praised above all! Jesus Christ be praised in the highest! Jesus Christ is Redeemer! Let all that I am praise the Lord, for only You are worthy of praise! Here is my story, I was lost, and now I am found! I was dead, and now I am alive! You called me from the grave, You called me from the depths for Your glory! So I say, with all that I am, praise be to the One True King. He who is mighty and sovereign above all has acknowledged dust. Mere dust. God, I am torn. I am still, utterly broken. Only smile towards me, and my soul will be comforted. Only, remind me of why I am here, and I will be reassured in You. Do not let me go, even if I try to leave Your embrace. Open up my heart to be transformed by Your love. Jesus.
